Chicken Chow Mein

Just Add

  • 500g
    Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups (450g)
    Mixed Vegetables, (eg: chopped Carrots, Capsicum, Brocolli, Green Beans, Mushrooms.
  • 2 pkts
    MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Chicken Chow Mein Recipe Mix

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 12 Minutes

  1. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to directions on packet without adding flavour sachet, drain, reserve.

  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in large pan or wok, add chicken, stir fry 2 minutes, add vegetables, stir fry for a further 2 minutes.

  3. Add combined ½ cup (125mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stir through noodles. Serve.
