    Butter
  • 500g
    Skinless Chicken Fillet, Cubed
  • 1 x
    onion, Chopped
  • 2/3rd cup (170mL)
    Cream
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base
  • 1/4 cup 60g
    Tomato paste

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes

  1. Combine MAGGI Recipe Base with chicken, mix well, set aside for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Melt butter in pan, add prepared chicken, cook until lightly browned, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, add tomato paste, cream and 1/4 cup (65mL) water to pan with stirring, bring to boil.

  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minute, stir occasionally.
