STOCK POWDER: Sugar, Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic, Sunflower Oil, Fermented Corn Seasoning, Smoked Salt; SPICES: Ginger (9.5%), Garam Masala (8.5%), Paprika, Coriander Seeds (2.5%), Fenugreek, Turmeric (1%), Chilli (0.9%), Cumin Seeds, White Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Star Anise, Cardamom, Cloves; VEGETABLE: Tomato.

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g skinless chicken breast (consider free range), chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter (20g)
  • 1 medium onion (150g), chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato paste (60mL)
  • 2/3 cup cream (170mL)

GET COOKING: PREP 10 mins | COOK 15 mins

  1. Combine MAGGI Recipe Base with chicken, mix well, set aside for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a pan, add chicken, cook until lightly browned, add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add combined tomato paste, cream and ¼ cup (60mL) water, stirring. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
