1 x large (200g)onion, sliced
2 cups (140g)sliced mushrooms

How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, brown beef, add onions and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
Add combined 1 cup (250mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until steak is tender, stir through sour cream to serve.
STOCK POWDER: Corn Starch, Vegetable Fat (Vegetable Fat, Rosemary Extract, Sunflower Lecithin), Potato Starch, Iodised Salt, Flavours, Sugar, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Garlic, Soy Sauce (derived from Wheat), Burnt Sugar; VEGETABLES: Pea Flour, Onion, Tomato; SKIM MILK; HERB: Parsley, FOOD ACID: Citric.
