Preparation

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 4 medium potatoes (800g), peeled and sliced
  • 1 1⁄4 cups (310mL) milk
  • 1⁄2 cup cheese (60g), grated

 

GET COOKING:

Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 1 Hour

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
  2. Place potatoes in shallow ovenproof dish. Combine milk with MAGGI Recipe Base, pour over potatoes, cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Remove lid, sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered a further 15 minutes until golden.
