Preparation
Meat Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 1 Hour
SIMPLY ADD:
- 400g lean beef mince
- 3 medium potatoes (600g), peeled and cubed
- ½ cup reduced fat milk (125mL)
- 1 large onion (200g), chopped
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (200g)
- ½ cup cheese (60g), grated
GET COOKING
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
- Boil and mash potatoes. Add milk to mash, stir through. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown mince. Add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring. Add mixed vegetables, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Transfer mince mixture to ovenproof dish and spread mashed potatoes evenly over top. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
Veggie Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 1 Hour

- ½ cup reduced fat milk (125mL)
- 1 large onion (200g), chopped
- 400g can lentils no added salt, rinsed and drained
- 400g can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (200g)
- ½ cup cheese (60g), grated
GET COOKING
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
- Boil and mash potatoes. Add milk to mash, stir through. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tsp oil in pan, add onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add lentils and beans.
- Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring. Add mixed vegetables, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
