Preparation
Meat Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 medium onion (150g), chopped
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 200g corn chips
- 1/2 cup cheese (60g), grated
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream (120g)
- Tip: For a gluten free meal, substitute with gluten free corn chips.
GET COOKING
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; brown mince, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to the boil, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place corn chips on serving plate, spoon beef mixture into centre. Sprinkle with cheese, place under heated grill until cheese melts; top with sour cream. Enjoy!
- No need to add extra salt.
Veggie Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 1 medium onion (150g), chopped

- 2 x 400g can lentils no added salt, rinsed and drained
- 400g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 200g corn chips
- 1/2 cup cheese (60g), grated
- 1/2 cup lite sour cream (120g)
