Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 25 Minutes


  • 500g lean rump steak, sliced
  • 1 medium (150g) onion, sliced
  • 200g sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups (60g) baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 500g pasta, cooked


  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, brown beef, add onions and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined ¾ cup water and MAGGI 3 ways – Rich & Saucy Base, bring to boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until beef is tender, stir through baby spinach and sour cream. Serve with pasta.


Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 45 Minutes


  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 (150g) onion, sliced
  • 200g sliced mushroom
  • 1 (150g) potato, peeled and diced finely
  • 1 cup (250mL) water
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 2 cups (40g) baby spinach
  • 4 sheets filo pastry


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Grease a deep baking dish with spray oil.
  2. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add in onion and mushrooms, Cook for a further 5 minutes. Add potato, combined MAGGI 3 ways – Rich & Saucy Base and water. Bring to the boil, cover, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes or until potato is tender.
  3. Add sour cream to pan, spoon into baking dish, stir through baby spinach, tear and scrunch filo pastry and place on top of pie filling. Spray with oil.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry top is browned.


Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 40 Minutes


  • 500g pumpkin, diced
  • 375g penne pasta
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1(150g) onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • ¾ cup (190mL) water
  • 120g baby spinach
  • ½ cup light grated cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Place pumpkin on a greased and lined a baking tray with baking paper. Spray with oil and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile cook pasta according to packet instructions, keep warm.
  3. Heat a large frying pan, add oil and onion. Cook for 5 minutes or until softened. Add combined sour cream, MAGGI 3 ways – Rich & Saucy Base and water to pan, bring to the boil. Add spinach and roasted pumpkin. Stir until combined.
  4. Add pasta to pan and stir until well coated. Spoon mixture into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve.
