SIMPLY ADD:
GET COOKING:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add MAGGI Recipe Base and stir constantly for 1 minute, until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, cook until lightly browned. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add combined tomato paste and coconut milk, stirring. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Add capsicum and beans, cooking for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
5. Remove from the heat and stir through yoghurt. Serve with cooked rice. Enjoy!
No need to add extra salt.
