Preparation

Preparation for Air Fryer, Oven and Pan

Air Fryer

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 16-20 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g potatoes cut into wedges (see tip below)
  • 2 tsp oil

HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.

COAT: Place potatoes in a plastic bag or container, add oil and shake. Add MAGGI Herbed French Roast Seasoned Coating and shake.

COOK: Transfer coated pieces to air fryer basket. Cook for a total of 16-20 minutes turning halfway through cooking, until golden and cooked through.

Tip – To cut a potato into wedges, cut into quarters, lengthways, and then cut each quarter lengthways again. This will give you 8 wedges from each potato.

Note: Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models

Oven

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 30-35 Minutes

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 500g potatoes cut into wedges (see tip below)
  • Cooking oil spray

HEAT: Preheat oven to 180 ºC fan forced/fan bake. Grease an oven safe cooling rack with cooking oil spray, then place on a lined oven tray.

COAT: Place potatoes in a plastic bag or container, add oil and shake. Add MAGGI Herbed French Style Coating and shake.

COOK: Transfer coated potato to prepared wire rack. Cook for a total of 30-35 minutes turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and cooked through.

Tip – To cut potato into wedges, cut into quarter lengthways, then cut each quarter lengthways again. This will give you 8 wedges from each potato.
