Preparation

SIMPLY ADD:

  • 2½ cups (200g) broccoli florets
  • 2 cups (200g) cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup (250mL) lite milk, heated
  • ½ cup (60g) shredded light tasty cheese

 GET COOKING:

Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
  2. Place broccoli and cauliflower in a shallow ovenproof dish. In a large jug combine MAGGI recipe base with milk and stir briskly with a fork until smooth. Pour over broccoli, cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Remove lid and bake uncovered for a further 10 minutes or until top is golden and vegetables are tender. Enjoy!

Tip: Add fried bacon pieces for extra crunch.
