Preparation
SWEET & STICKY CHICKEN STIR FRY
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 500g chicken thigh fillet, sliced
- 200g snow peas
- 1 medium (200g) red capsicum, sliced
- 200g baby corn, sliced
- 2 cups (380g) rice, cooked
GET COOKING
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add MAGGI 3 ways – Bold and Fragrant, cook for a further 5 minutes. Add capsicum, baby corn and snow peas, cook for a further 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
CHICKEN SAN CHOY BAU
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 500g lean chicken mince
- 1 cup (100g) snow peas, sliced finely
- 1 (200g) red capsicum, sliced finely
- 2 shallots, sliced finely
- 1 (120g) carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 8 baby cos lettuce leaves, washed and dried
GET COOKING
- Heat oil in a large frying pan; add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- Add MAGGI 3 ways – Bold and Fragrant and cook for 2 minutes. Add snow peas, capsicum, shallots, carrots and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce cups to serve. If desired garnish with chopped coriander and peanuts.
NOODLE SALAD WITH TOFU
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 100g dried vermicelli noodles
- 500g firm tofu, diced
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 (140g) cucumber, seeds removed, sliced thinly
- 1 (120g) carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup (80g) bean sprouts
- (Optional) 2 tsp fried shallots
GET COOKING
- Cook vermicelli according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.
- In a medium bowl, spoon out 1 tbsp of MAGGI 3 ways – Bold and Fragrant (reserve remaining to use in step 3). Add tofu and mix well. Heat frying pan or wok over high heat, add 1 tsp oil; add tofu to pan and cook for 5 mins or until browned.
- In a large serving bowl, combine vermicelli noodles, mint, coriander, cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, warm tofu, and remaining MAGGI 3 ways – Bold and Fragrant; mix well. Option to top with fried shallots if desired.
