—Our gluten free MAGGI recipe bases & gravies undergo testing to ensure there is no detectable gluten in the product. On some of our Gluten Free recipe bases and gravies you might see Soy sauce (derived from Wheat) and ‘Contains Wheat’ in our allergen statement. To make the Soy sauce we use, you need a starter culture which is derived from wheat, however, this is so highly refined that there is no detectable gluten present.
