  1. Halve each chicken breast lengthways to make 4 evenly sized, thin schnitzels (approximately 125g each).
  2. BEAT: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced, grease oven tray and line with baking paper. Lightly beat egg in a bowl.
  3. COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess; then coat in MAGGI So Crispy Recipe Mix, turning over and pressing crumbs on firmly.
  4. BAKE: Transfer coated chicken pieces to prepared oven tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
