Preparation
Meat Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 large onion (200g), chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
GET COOKING
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan; brown mince, add onion, cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add tomato paste, tomatoes, beans, and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base. Bring to the boil, stirring.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
- No need to add extra salt.
Veggie Night
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 20 Minutes
