500g skinless chicken breast, sliced, (consider free range)
3 cups (450g) chopped mixed vegetables (e.g. broccoli, capsicum, carrot, green beans, mushrooms, cabbage)
1 pkt MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles
1. Heat 2 tsp oil in pan or wok, brown chicken for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
2. Combine ½ cup (125mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Mix, add to the pan or wok. Bring to the boil and stir through.
3. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to directions on packet discarding flavour sachet, drain well and add to chicken mixture; stir through and serve. Enjoy!
