STOCK POWDER: Corn Starch, Onion (10.5%), Fermented Corn Seasoning, Salt, Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder (Derived from Wheat), Sunflower Oil, Potato Starch, Garlic, Burnt Sugar, Tamarind; VEGETABLES: Tomato, Mushroom; HERBS: Parsley (2.5%), Bay Leaves (0.1%), Thyme (0.1%), Marjoram; DAIRY: Skim Milk Powder; SPICES: Black Pepper, Coriander Seeds.

Contains soy, wheat and milk.

Our soy sauce uses wheat as an ingredient during its manufacturing process (hence why it says “derived from wheat”). However, the wheat is so refined by the end of the manufacturing process there is no detectable gluten protein present in the soy sauce and products it is used in can declared gluten free. In addition, in order to claim gluten free all of our ingredients are carefully selected, and every batch of our product undergoes testing to ensure there is no detectable gluten in the product.

Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g Chicken thigh fillets fat trimmed (consider free range), cut into thirds
  • 1 large onion (200g), sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms (140g), sliced
  • 1 medium carrot (120g), sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

GET COOKING:

Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200C°/180°C fan forced.
  2. Place chicken, onion, mushrooms and carrot in ovenproof dish.
  3. Add combined tomato paste and 3/4 cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base.
  4. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked, stirring twice during cooking.

Serve with pasta & steamed green vegetables.
