Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 4 medium potatoes (800g), peeled and sliced
  • 1¼ cups milk (310mL)
  • ½ cup cheese (60g), grate

GET COOKING

PREP: 10 mins | COOK: 1 hour

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
  2. >Place potatoes in shallow ovenproof dish. Combine milk with MAGGI Recipe Base, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
  3. >Remove lid, sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered for a further 15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
