Our soy sauce uses wheat as an ingredient during its manufacturing process (hence why it says “derived from wheat”). However, the wheat is so refined by the end of the manufacturing process there is no detectable gluten protein present in the soy sauce and products it is used in can declared gluten free. In addition, in order to claim gluten free all of our ingredients are carefully selected, and every batch of our product undergoes testing to ensure there is no detectable gluten in the product.

Preparation

SIMPLY ADD

  • 500g stir fry beef strips
  • 1 large onion (200g), sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms (140g), sliced
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (340g)

Tip: For a gluten free meal, substitute with gluten free pasta.

GET COOKING: PREP 10 mins | COOK 30 min

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown beef; add onion and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender.
  4. Stir through sour cream. Serve over cooked pasta. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
