  • 500g lean rump steak, cubed
  • 1 medium onion (150g), sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes (400g), peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

GET COOKING: PREP 10 mins | COOK 40 min

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, brown beef. Add onion and potato, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add combined tomato paste, 1¼ cups (310mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until beef and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

No need to add extra salt.
