  • 250 g Fettuccine pasta
  • 4 (175g) Short Rindless Bacon Rashers, Chopped
  • Broccoli/ 1 head
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 pkt MAGGI Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) Water
  • 200g Chicken Tenderloins
  • Cooked on STOVE TOP
  • Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 15 Minutes
  • Cook pasta for 10 minutes or until it’s cooked you can tell by tasting a small strand to see if it is soft, then it’s cooked.
  • Chop up the broccoli, chicken, onion and bacon into adjustable eating sizes.
  • Heat a large fry pan to medium heat add 1 tsp of oil in pan, add bacon and the onion then cook for 2 minutes until crispy then remove from the pan.
  • Add Broccoli while combining milk, water and MAGGI Creamy Carbonara Recipe Mix in the same pan.
  • Stay below boiling point for 1 minute, stir in drained pasta.
  • Chop up your mini baguettes and place them in the oven for toasting for approximately 3 minutes.
  • After 3 minutes of cooking take the baguettes out and serve with your mouth watering Chicken Carbonara.
