Satay Meatballs


  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 150g spinach
  • 250g pkt
  • Maggi chicken base
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 600g fresh hokkien noodles
  • Satay Chicken Recipe Base
  • Finely dice onion.
  • Combine mince with egg, half the onion & half the spinach (finely chopped) and 2 teaspoons of maggi satay chicken recipe base
  • Make into meatballs.
  • Heat frying pan over medium heat, add oil and meatballs, cook until golden brown. Add remaining onion, cook 2 minutes.
  • Combine the rest of the MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base with remaining water and peanut butter, add to pan with remaining spinach. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with the noodles.
