Meatballs in Special Sauce served with Jerusalem artichoke Mash and Salad

Ingredients

  • 500g Lamb Mince
  • ½ packet of MAGGI Mediterranean Meatballs Flavouring Packet
  • 3 slices of bread, crumbed
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 ½ Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 5 grams of butter, cut into cubes
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 200ml milk (for special sauce)
  • Vegetables from vegie box, (10 Jerusalem Artichokes peeled and chopped into small pieces, 10 lettuce leaves, washed 1 carrot, grated)
