Leek and Potato Soup


  • Peel and dice 6 potatoes. Cubes need to be about 1cm squares
  • Slice leeks into thin strips
  • Dice shallots
  • Fry shallots and add Maggi Chicken Chasseur.
  • Add potatoes, leeks and 2 cups of chicken stock.
  • Boil about 20 minutes, stop when the potatoes are really soft.
