EASY MAGGI CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • MAGGI chicken chow mein recipe base 30g
  • 2 packets of maggi noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • carrot
  • Basle
  • Leek
  • 1 ½ cup of water
  • Corrida
  • Method:
  • 1. Cut up the carrots, leek, coriander and cabbage.
  • 2. Turn on the frypan to 180 degrees .
  • 3. Add oil to the frypan and make sure it is all around
  • the pan.
  • 4. Turn the the pot on to high, add water and place in
  • the noodles at then cook it for 5 mins.
  • 5. Cut the chicken into at least 6 cm and make sure
  • there are not too much fat.
  • 6. Get your maggi chicken chow mein powder and add
  • it into water then add the amount of water it says on
  • the wrapping and add the powder to it.stir until the
  • powder is dissolved.
  • 7. Add the diced chicken into the fry pan and cook it
  • for at least 10-15 mins.
  • 8. Add the cabbage, leek, coriander and carrots into
  • 9. Then dice up the carrots and the cabbage and put in
  • with the chicken for flavour.
  • 10. When you have spent 10-15 mins cooking put it
  • in a bowl and then put soy sauce in a small bowl.
