Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup currants
  • 1.4 kg cauliflower
  • 3 T butter
  • 1t Salt
  • 3-4 cups milk
  • Olive Oil
  • Shallots
  • 1 tsp crush garlic
  • ½ tsp each ground cumin and coriander
  • 1 can (400g) chickpeas, drain and rinsed
  • 2 T of mint leaves
  • chopped Naan bread
  • MAGGI Creamy chicken sachet
