  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 34 cup soft brown sugar
  • 2 ½ cups plain flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 Tsp Apricot Chicken Maggie Spice
  • 4 Kumara (peeled)
