Beef Bourguignon Pies


  • 250g mince
  • Beef bourguignon recipe base
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Tsp Lea and Perrins sauce
  • Flakey puff pastry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mix mince, beef bourguignon recipe base, egg, Lea and Perrins sauce, breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut to fit muffin tins.
  • Put meat mixture into the pastry and cover with a pastry lid.
  • Cook for 25 mins. You can cook this quicker if you cook the mince on the stove first and then put it in the oven.
  • Makes 12 small pies.
