Spaghetti Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti Meatballs -
  • Eggs
  • 4 eggs
  • The first thing you do is put eggs in a boiling pot of water to the boil, boil for 8 minutes. Take shell off.
  • Mince
  • 500g of beef mince
  • ½ cup of fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 t of dry mixed herbs
  • ½ a chopped finely onion
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 2T tomato sauce
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Mix all the ingredients together and form into balls about the size of golf balls. Fry in frying pan and turn until brown on all sides.
  • Spaghetti
  • 250g of spaghetti pasta
  • Boil the spaghetti for 10 minutes.
  • Sauce
  • 1 packet of Maggi spaghetti bolognese mix
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes in juice
  • ½ can of water
  • 2 t of corn flour
  • Mix all the things together and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Salad
  • ½ a carrot (grated)
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (the ones from the start.)
  • Lettuce
  • Mint leaves
  • Mix up lettuce and carrot then add the rest.
  • Plating up:
  • Put cooked spaghetti on the plate. Place 3 or 4 meatballs per serve onto the spaghetti. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and spaghetti.
  • Place salad on the side.
