Lamb Deluxe

Ingredients

  • Lamb Deluxe - Georgia, T-Jae, Lachlan
  • 500g lamb
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 6T squash
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2t mixed herbs
  • cooking oil
  • lettuce
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 leaves silverbeet
  • 1T brown sugar
  • Maggi Lamb Ragout
  • Cut potatoes into wedges, boil in pot for 15 minutes. Drain and sprinkle in cooking oil and season with mixed herbs.
  • While potatoes are boiling, rub sliced lamb with cooking oil and season with mixed herbs. Fry in hot pan for 2-3 mins each side.
  • Boil peas, puree with silverbeet.
  • Cut squash, sprinkle with brown sugar and microwave for 6 minutes on HIGH, then scoop squash out and puree.
  • Make lettuce salad.
  • Put hot water in meat frypan once meat is out, add packet Maggi Lamb Ragout, stir. Blend.
  • To plate up - put smear of pea puree and squash puree onto plate. Place sliced meat on puree. Add potato wedges to side. Add salad to side. Pour Maggi mix over everything.
