  • Mince beef
  • MAGGI Best Ever Beef Burger Recipe Base 5g
  • Lea and Perrin sauce ½ + t-spoon
  • Butter 200 grams
  • Filo pastry
  • Steps -
  • Put mince in bowl
  • Put the seasonings with the mince and mix
  • Melt the butter in a pot, turn it golden brown, don't boil it or let it go dark brown
  • Cool the butter slightly and get the filo pastry
  • Spread butter onto the filo pastry with a pastry brush
  • Set the oven to 150 degrees
  • Take handful of mince and shape it into a ball.
  • Put the ball of mince to the corner of the filo pastry
  • Fold the pastry while adding a little bit of butter each time you fold.
  • (Make you sure you place the tinfoil onto your oven tray)
  • 10. Spray the oil onto your tinfoil so that your Filo won’t stick onto the foil while cooking.
  • 11. Make sure your Filo is golden brown, take it out and wait until it cools down.
  • 12. Once it cools down, EAT IT!
