How to make
Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok over high heat. Add prawns; cook just until they turn orange. Remove from wok; keep warm. Heat 2 tsp oil in wok over high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook 2 minutes; add chicken, cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add remaining oil, rice, green onions, MAGGI Original Seasoning and prawns, stir fry until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile heat a non stick frying pan over high heat. Spray with oil; add eggs; cook sunny side up for 4 minutes.
Note – Fried shallots are available in the Asian section of the supermarket. They have a golden colour and are crisp and crunchy. They can be sprinkled over soups, salads, curries or rice dishes.
